According to the latest buzz, Khiladi Kumar recently invited Ashutosh to his home and expressed his wish to work with him. The rumours are also on that Akshay has asked Ashutosh to come up with a script that will allow him to show his acting prowess.
For Ashutosh, who has worked with top actors like Aamir Khan , Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan , getting someone energetic with excellent comic timing like Akshay would be doubtlessly refreshing.
The actor is apparently tired of doing comedies and is looking for better scripts and projects to break the monotony. Gowarikar, however, is switching to comedy with Whats Your Raashi starring Priyanka Chopra and Harman Baweja .
Akshay’s next release would be Nagesh Kukunoor ’s Eight By Ten after the debacle of over-hyped Chandni Chowk To China . And the actor is returning back to action with movies like Kambakkth Ishq and Blue .
And if Akshay’s dream of working with Gowarikar does come true, it would be curious to see what the director of acclaimed films like Lagaan , Swades and Jodhaa Akbar does with a star that has seen a stupendous rise in last two years.
